I would like to say a big thank you both to Subhash, and to his able team, in my case, both Khalid Khokhar and Sairah Khan have been most helpful. I did not have a strong case while applying for ILR having not had a visa for a 6 day period, but not only was this not seen as a disadvantage, as I had been told by another firm in Edgware Road, but it was beneath the 10 day period allowed by the SoS, a provision I had no idea about, but also, the application was successful just 17 [!!!] days after it was sent off to the Home Office, who promised to deal with it in 6 months! Delighted by the service I then applied for UK Naturalisation a year later and this has also been granted just 2 months on from the application, instead of the anticipated 3-4 months. I am delighted with the service and expertise offered by Legist Immigration Solutions Limited and will recommend my friends to instruct them in the future. Very Special thanks to the pil team who was very resourceful in helping me get a 3 year Discretionary Leave, after the Home Office initially turned down my application.
Also very, very, special thanks to Elizabeth who was at the helm of may case; she was on the ball, professional, efficient, committed, empathetic and always quick to respond to any concerns I had.

Excellent service, the firm is equipped with well experienced and knowledge rich immigration lawyers, highly professional and ethical, this was demonstrated by Kevin in the initial assessment of my case, patiently honestly and thoroughly answering all my queries. This was the 5th firm I visited, and I made decision to go for the service immediately after the initial consultation.

And a big thank you to Elizabeth, who was consistently following up my ILR case with the Home office, helped me get my passport back within two months to facilitate my urgent need for a business trip abroad. I am leaving a review to state what an excellent and professional service Legist Immigration Solutions Limited especially Jacqueline provided in collating the application for my wifes settlement visa in particular as we had had 2 previous visa applications rejected down to our own lack of knowledge of the complicated process and applicable documents to be included. I would highly recommend these lawyers for any immigration type matters.

I had an overall satisfying experience of Legist Immigration Solutions Limited. I think they are quite professional and because of their central location, keep abreast of day to day changes in visa regulations, which keeps changing every day!
I and my mum applied for ILR and ILR dependent respectively. Both outcomes were successful. They made sure I had the correct documents. I must say my case was not the most difficult one to succeed, but these days people make silly mistakes and fail their applications.
