We, at Legist Immigration Solutions Limited, based in Ilford, Ilford, are looking to recruit an experienced Immigration caseworker/Solicitor who must have legal background and advanced knowledge in all categories of UK immigration, in particular expertise in Points Based System (PBS) applications.

The successful applicant will be expected to have:

• Ability to do immigration casework to a very high standard
• Excellent knowledge of UK immigration law and practice
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Ability to work under heavy workload and to tight deadlines
• Ability to provide consultation to the clients of the firm
• Ability to apply law to complex facts and deal with complicated legal equations
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to supervise other caseworkers and provide them with legal assistance as and when necessary

The applicant will be expected to demonstrate an advanced knowledge and experience of handling complicated non-asylum immigration cases.
